1. How long does it take to get my order?
   Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of our receiving your Order Form. For faster service, place your order using the Online Order Form. If you mail your order to us via US Mail, your order will be shipped within 24 business hours after we receive your order in the mail. Be sure to specify how you would like your order shipped: Ground, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air.
2. Is it easy to program?
   Yes! After you install the software included with the Digital Name Tag Kit, start the program by clicking on the icon off of your Start Menu. Type in the message you would like to appear on the Digital Name Tag, select the speed you would like the scrolling display to run, hold the back of the Digital Name Tag about 1-2 inches above the IR Transmitter, and click the Download button. Watch the screen. In a few seconds, you will be prompted when the message transfer is completed.
3. What is the size, dimensions, of the Digital Name Tag?
   The Digital Name Tag is approx 3 1/8" x 1 5/8" in size. About the same size as a professional name tag.
4. How many characters can be in my custom message?
   Each of your custom messages can be up to 255 (Turbo) characters in length. Remember, the Keychain Remote Programming Unit can store 10 of these 255 (turbo) custom messages. Depending on the characters used, the display can show between 2 and 4 at one time.
5. How many times can I reprogram my custom message?
   As many times as you like. There is no limit to the number of times you can reprogram the Digital Name Tag.
6. Where do I get replacement batteries?
   The batteries used are CR2032 type. They are available form us inexpensively in any quantity. You can also find them in a electronics store such as Radio Shack, but for a higher price.
7. I lost my software that was included in the Digital Name Tag Kit. Where can I get replacement software?
   Email us with your Name and Order Number (available on the invoice you received with your order). We can email you with a link to a downloaded file. If you require the programming software on CD, we will be happy to ship you a new CD at a small fee.
8. What Operating System does the computer software run on?
   The programming software will run on Windows 98, Windows 98se, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
9. If I refer a friend who makes a purchase, how do I get my FREE Referral Gift?
   When you friend places their order, be sure they mention your name in the Notes or Comments section of the Order Form. After their order has shipped, we will automatically send you a FREE Gift.
10. What happens if I get my Digital Name Tag wet?
    We do not recommend that the Digital Name Tag is exposed to water. If it does get wet, immediately remove the battery and allow the Digital Name Tag to dry completely before reinserting the battery.
11. I am trying to program my Digital Name Tag and it still shows the old message. What do I do?
    This usually occurs when the back of the Digital Name Tag and the IR Transmitter and not lined up correctly, within 1-2 inches, or if there is too much ambient light in the area. Try shading the area. Bright incandescent, fluorescent, and sun light, can interfere with the IR Transmitter sending the new message.
12. Does the Digital Name Tag keep my custom message in memory after I remove the battery?
    Yes. When you reinsert the battery, you will see the DigitalNameTag.com logo for a few moments, then your custom message will start to scroll.
13. What is the warranty on the Digital Name Tag products?
    All of our Digital Name Tag products are covered by a 15 day warranty. If you have any operational issue within the first 15 days after purchase, please email us. Full details of the Warranty and RMA procedures can be found here. Note: most issues concern programming your Digital Name Tag. Please read the instructions carefully including the tips on how to shade the IR transmitter and receiver during programming. This resolves 99% of all programming issues including text not being received by the Digital Name Tag and garbage / random characters displayed on the Digital Name Tag. All Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to the sender at sender's expense.
14. What are the Minimum System Requirements?
    To program the Digital Name Tag Turbo USB Model using your computer, your computer must have an available and working USB Port. The computer software will only run on a Windows 98se, 2000, or XP operating system. If you are unsure about your computer's configuration, consult your computer vendor prior to ordering. Returns are not accepted for customers computers not meeting these requirements.
15. Where is the operation manual and instructions?
    A complete instruction guide is located on the installation CD. Use Windows Explorer to view to the CD and double click on the instruction manual file to open it. The manual is in pdf format and requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer to view.
